Abstract(s)
decisão organizacionais) no Bem-Estar Laboral.
Macro no Bem-Estar no Trabalho.
efeito positivo conjunto no Bem-Estar Laboral.
ABSTRACT: At a time when the Welfare at Work is increasingly valued, this research aims to study the influence of Latitude of Micro Decision-Making (Control) and Latitude of Macro Decision-Making (participation in organizational decision-making) on the Wellbeing at Work. A model of moderation was created to study the impact that these two variables have on the wellbeing of employees. The hypothesis is: There is a moderating effect between the Latitude of Micro Decision-Making and the Latitude of Macro Decision-Making on Wellbeing at Work. This research included 233 participants that had different professions and who were inserted in organizational context. The scale of Latitude of Micro Decision-Making has three dimensions: "Skills Development", "Diversity at Work" and "Control"; The scale of Latitude of Macro Decision- Making has two dimensions: "Relationship with the boss" and "Organizational Structure and Procedures"; And the scale Wellbeing at Work has two dimensions: "Vigor / Dedication" and "Absorption". The results of the study confirm the hypothesis. Therefore we can state that Latitude of Micro Decision-Making and Latitude of Macro Decision-Making have a positive effect on the Wellbeing at Work. It was also observed that the variables in study explain a higher percentage of the "Vigor / Dedication" dimension of Labour Wellbeing than the "Absorption" dimension.
