| dc.description.abstract | Neste artigo, o autor tenta delinear as particularidades do exame psicológico no quadro da justiça penal, pondo em relevo, Por um lado, o contexto de intervenção e, por outro lado, o interesse do Rorschach como técnica projectiva de grande importância na formulação do diagnóstico e do prognóstico psicológicos. ------ ABSTRACT ------ In this article, the author tries to delineate the particuiarities of psychological assessment within the framework of criminal law.
