Neste artigo, o autor tenta delinear as particularidades do exame psicológico no quadro da justiça
penal, pondo em relevo, Por um lado, o contexto de
intervenção e, por outro lado, o interesse do Rorschach
como técnica projectiva de grande importância na
formulação do diagnóstico e do prognóstico psicológicos. ------ ABSTRACT ------ In this article, the author tries to delineate the
particuiarities of psychological assessment within the
framework of criminal law. In order to acliieve this
objective, he stresses on one hand the intervention
context and, in the other hand, the importance of the
Rorschach in the psychological diagnosis and
prognosis.
