O impacto do divórcio na dinâmica familiar

Esta revisão de literatura centra-se no impacto do divórcio nas relações entre pais e
filhos. Começa por abordar os aspetos centrais de uma vinculação segura enquanto relação de confiança e proteção, que servirá de base a um modelo de socialização futuro, descrevendo algumas das consequências de uma falha na relação com os principais cuidadores.
A literatura refere que o número de divórcios tem vindo a aumentar nos últimos anos,
assim como os processos em Tribunal que envolvem a guarda. Identificam-se as principais fontes de conflito interparental, salientando o ambiente de hostilidade e ressentimento entre os progenitores, cujo desejo de guarda legal e estratégias utilizadas para esse fim aumentam o
risco de exposição dos menores a fatores que contribuem para a sua instabilidade psicológica.
Constata-se que a Regulação das Responsabilidades Parentais é uma avaliação
complexa, na qual os peritos precisam de manter uma postura imparcial e objetiva, garantindo assim uma avaliação profunda do funcionamento global dos progenitores e dos menores, das competências parentais e das práticas educativas.
This literature review is centered on divorce’s impact in the father and sons relationships. It starts by approaching the main aspects of a secure attachment, as a trust and confidence relationship, which will form the basis of a future socialization model, describing some of the consequences of a failure in the relationship with the main caretakers. The literature mentions that the number of divorces has been increasing in the last years, just like the number of Court cases. The main sources of interparental conflict are then identified, with an emphasis to the hostile and resentful environment between the parents, whose desire for legal custody and strategies sought for that purpose increase the risk of exposing minors to factors that contribute to their psychological instability. It is noted that the child custody is a complex evaluation, in which experts need to maintain an impartial and objective posture, assuring a deep evaluation of the global functioning of both parents and minors, their parenting skills and educational practices.
