Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo de uma psicoterapia psicanalítica ao
nível da técnica de intervenção utilizada pelo psicoterapeuta. O mesmo, pretende identificar a
técnica de intervenção psicoterapêutica e a sua evolução ao longo do tempo. Analisámos
exaustivamente sessões gravadas em áudio identificando as intervenções psicoterapêuticas e
classificámo-las de acordo com o Adherence Manual-Tavistock Adult Depression Study
(TADS) Version 1.2 (2009) em três momentos da psicoterapia – início, fim do primeiro ano e
fim do segundo ano, de modo a perceber o contexto e a evolução das técnicas de intervenção
utilizadas. Os resultados obtidos revelaram uma aderência heterogénea à técnica de
intervenção com uma centração nas cinco técnicas: envolvimento, empatia, aprofundar
compreensão, clarificação e silêncio. A aderência às mesmas foi alta e consistente no
desenvolvimento do processo.
ABSTRACT: This work aims to study a psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the level of the psychotherapeutic intervention technique. tI aims to identfy the psychotherapeutic intervention technique and its evolution over time. The results revealed a heterogeneous adherence to the intervention technique with a concentration in involvement, empathy, deepening understanding, clarification and silent. The high adherence level was consistent throughout the development of the process.
