A minha loucura dramatizada; A experiĂȘncia de vivĂȘncias delirantes no psicodrama

A presente investigação tem com objetivo compreender e explorar as vivĂȘncias dos sujeitos
com experiĂȘncias delirantes durante a passagem num grupo terapĂȘutico de psicodrama, atravĂ©s
dos relatos dos mesmos, complementados pela perspetiva do diretor do grupo. Este tema Ă©
atualmente, uma prĂĄtica clĂnica raramente investigada. A metodologia aplicada Ă© o IPA, atravĂ©s
da qual Ă© possĂvel compreender e explorar os fenĂłmenos vividos pelos diferentes indivĂduos, e
alcançar, como resultado, uma descrição final com os constituintes dos relatos das experiĂȘncias
das vivĂȘncias dos participantes. Esta investigação Ă© constituĂda por uma amostra de trĂȘs
participantes, sendo que, dois deles sĂŁo pacientes de um grupo de Psicodrama, e o terceiro Ă© o
diretor desse mesmo grupo. Os resultados indicam que a experiĂȘncia em estudo envolve uma
diversidade de sentimentos, comportamentos e mudanças, relacionados com os principais temas
comuns a todos os participantes, designadamente a dramatização das vivĂȘncias (livre
associaçÔes, assistir ao delĂrio e a dramatização das vivĂȘncias delirantes do mundo cindido e
caótico), o insight (Autocompreensão e reestruturação percetiva), o setting grupal (partilha das
vivĂȘncias, empatia e os comentĂĄrios), setting terapĂȘutico (tĂ©cnicas â exemplo dos jogos
dramĂĄticos) e as mudanças no indivĂduo e na sua rotina.
The purpose of the present investigation is to understand and explore the lived experience of subjects with delusional experiences during their participation on a psychodrama therapeutical group through their accounts supplemented by the group manager. The current theme is a clinical practice rarely investigated nowadays. The implemented methodology is the IPA through which is possible to study and explore the phenomenon experienced by the diferente subjects and as a result grasp a final overview of these same experiences and its constituent parts. The current investigation is comprised by a sampling of three individuals of which two participate in a Psychodrama group and the third is the manager of the said group. The results point that the concerned experience encompasses a diversity of feelings, behaviours and switches related with themes common to all patients more specifically the dramatization of lived experiences (free associations, watching the delirium and dramatization of the delirious experiences of the chaotic and partitioned world), the insight (self-awareness and perpetive restructuration), the group setting (sharing of experiencies, empathy and commenting on these), therapeutical setting (technics â dramatic games exemple) and the changes on the individual and his routine.
