Intervenção sistémica com famílias alcoólicas

O presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a intervenção familiar estrutural realizada no
projeto ORIENTA.TE, ao nível das mudanças do funcionamento de duas famílias constituídas
por membros com dependência química. Os dois sistemas familiares pertencem a uma
condição socioeconómica baixa, e todas as figuras parentais encontravam-se desempregadas.
O primeiro momento de avaliação do funcionamento familiar foi realizado através de um
conjunto de sessões de intervenção familiar, onde as técnicas de intervenção preencheram no
final de cada sessão a Clinical Rating Scale (Olson, 1993). O último momento de avaliação
considerou a perceção de cada participante relativamente ao seu funcionamento familiar
através de uma entrevista, executada sob a forma de um guião de entrevista, baseado numa
adaptação da FACES IV (Olson, 2011). Os resultados indicaram a existência de mudanças no
funcionamento familiar numa das duas famílias em estudo.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to evaluate the intervention of the structural family performed by the ORIENTA.TE project, at the level of the behaviour changes of two families composed by chemical dependent members. The two family systems belong to a low socioeconomic condition and all parents are unemployed. The first moment of evaluation of the family behaviour was done by a group of family intervention sessions, in which the techniques of intervention filled in the end of each session the Clinical Rating Scale (Olson, 1993). The last moment of the evaluation considered the perception of each participant regarding the family behaviour with an interview, performed by an interview script, based in an adaptation of FACES IV (Olson, 2011). The results showed family behaviour changes in one of the study families.
