O autor salienta que o diagnóstico de Depressão
na criança é um dos mais frequentes na clínica actual
de Pedopsiquiatria.
Tenta situar os «núcleos depressivos)) em diferentes
níveis de organização estrutural de base, ligando-os
a evolução da organização narcísica em cada fase
evolutiva.
A compreensão dinâmica da Depressão é essencial
para uma intervenção terapêutica adequada em cada
caso.
ABSTRACT: The author emphasizes that the diagnoses of child depression is one of the most frequents in childpsychiatry, nowadays. He tries to place the ((depressive nucleus» in different levels of structural organization, in connection with the evolution of the narcissistic organization in each evolutional step. The dynamic understanding of depression is essential to do an adequate therapeutical intervention in each case.
