É descrito um estudo desenhado pelos autores no
intuito de investigar o raciocínio na depressão. A
tarefa de raciocínio utilizada consiste em silogismos
lineares que incorporam informação com valência
emocional relevante para o se% quer nas premissas
quer na conclusão. A tarefa foi dada a amostras de
estudantes que foram avaliados nos seus níveis de
ansiedade e depressão.
ABSTRACT: A studie is described which investigates reasoning in depression. A linear syllogism reasoning task was utilized which incorporated emotionally valent information relevant to the self in both the premisses and the conclusion. The task was given to samples of students who were also assessed for their levels of anxiety and depression.
