Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT: What is the relationship of the self that operates between institutional influence and unconscious defenses that arise in emergency psychological distress, for whom the situation of current active life disconnected and extends precariousness. Characterize the mental life of chronic kidney disease patient (drc) regarding the impact the disease and treatment have on the day-to-day, implies tarry in the way it handles it and complexity than reported, generate a holistic and individualistic view of the subject. We opted for the Free Association and Narrative Interview Method (FANI) and epistemological relationship it has with the benchmark of Bion and Klein, proceed the collection of interview, to further characterize the ontic subject according to Dasein and proceed to content analysis. The literature review shows convergence with the tool / methodology in the statement of latent and manifest implications, made visible by the establishment of two axes of analysis, synchronic and diachronic.
