Neste trabalho discutem-se alguns aspectos psicodinâmicos
subjacentes às organizações borderline,
entre os quais a fragilidade da constância objectal, relacional,
narcísica e identitária, alguns dos mecanismos
de defesa comummente utilizados pelo borderline
e a insuficiência da função contentora, indispensável
ao desenvolvimento do pensamento elaborado
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to examine some psychodynamic aspects underlying borderline disorders. More specifically, it focuses on the fragility of object constancy, relations, narcissism and identity of the borderline; defense mechanisms commonly used and the insufficiency of the container function necessary for elaborate thinking.
