| dc.description.abstract | Os autores apresentam a visão de Conrad, eminente psiquiatra da Escola Alemã do princípio so século, sobre a estrutura e evolução do surto esquizofrénico recente. Depois de uma breve introdução situando-o no contexto histórico-psiquiátrico da sua época, descrevem-se as várias fases que constituem o surto, a saber: Trema, Apofania, Apocalipse, Fase de Consolidação e Fase Residual. Os autores concluem salientando a actualidade clínica da Fase de Trema e a perspectiva original de Conrad, conjugando a posição fenomenológica com a Teoria da Forma (Gestalt). | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The authors present Conrad’s vision, eminent psychiatrist of the German School of the beginning of the century, about the structure and evolution of the recent schizophrenic outbreak. After a brief introduction where he is situated in the historical-psychiatric context of his time, the severa1 phases that compose the outbreak are described, which are: Trema, Apophany, Apocalypse, Consolidation and Residual Phase. In the end, the authors point out the clinical actuaiity of the Trema phase and Conrad’s inovating vim which conjugates the phenomenological position with the Gestalt Theory. | por |
