Abstract(s)
O presente estudo tem como objectivo estudar a eficácia e os processos de
mudanças que ocorrem no decurso da terapia psicodramática. Para tal, foi realizado um
estudo de caso, a um paciente do sexo feminino inserida num grupo de psicodrama.
Recorreu-se a uma investigação de processo e resultado, com recurso a cruzamentos de
métodos qualitativos e quantitativos, de acordo com o modelo Hermeneutic Single-Case
Efficacy Design (HSCED), proposto por Robert Elliott. Deste modo, ao longo de toda a
investigação, procura-se responder às questões acerca da existência de mudanças na
paciente, o contributo do psicodrama nessas mudanças e a eficácia desta psicoterapia no
aumento da espontaneidade. Os resultados sugerem a eficácia do processo
psicodramático, no caso em estudo.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency and the processes of change that take place throughout the course of psychodrama therapy. For this purpose, a case study was carried out on a female patient who is a part of a psychodrama group. A research on process and results was carried out by crossing the qualitativequantitative methods, in accordance with the Hermeneutic Single-Case Efficacy Design (HSCED), as proposed by Robert Elliott. In this way, throughout the entire research, the aim is to answer questions about the changes that occur in the patient, the responsibility psychodrama has regarding these changes and the efficiency of this psychotherapy in the increase of spontaneity. The results benefit the efficiency of the psychodrama process in the case being studied.
