O presente estudo tem como objetivo verificar se o Work Engagement tem um impacto significativo e negativo nas Intenções de Saída e verificar também se a Perceção de Rutura do Contrato Psicológico exerce um efeito mediador na relação destas duas variáveis, sendo estas as duas hipóteses do estudo.
Integraram neste estudo 163 participantes em que todos estavam empregados. Foi confirmada a hipótese de que o Work Engagement tem um impacto significativo e negativo nas Intenções de Saída, mas não a hipótese de que a Perceção de Rutura do Contrato Psicológico exerce um efeito mediador na relação das duas variáveis.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to test if Work Engagement has a significant and negative impact on Turnover Intentions and test if the Percepcion of Psychological Contract Breach will mediate the relation between this variables and these are the hypothesis of this study. This study has 163 participants who where all working. The first hypothesis that afirms that Work Engagement has a significant and negative impacto on Turnover Intentions was confirmed, but not the second hypothesis that afirms that the Percepcion of Psychological Contract Breach will mediate the relations between Work Engagement and Turnover Intentions was not confirmed.
