Ansiedades perinatais em mulheres com gravidez de risco e em mulheres com gravidez normal.

| dc.description.abstract | O objectivo do estudo foi o de comparar quantitativamente e qualitativamente as ansiedades perinatais de mulheres com gravidez de risco por antecedentes de morte fetal com as ansiedades perinatais de mulheres que tiveram uma gravidez normal. Para tal utilizámos uma entrevista e uma escala de ansiedades perinatais (PASS) nas 24 a 48 horas pósparto em dois grupos de mulheres cada um com 6 sujeitos. A entrevista mostrou-nos que o tipo de ansiedades é o mesmo nos dois grupos de mulheres e que são as mesmas ansiedades descritas por todos os autores que se interessam por estas questões da maternidade. A grande diferença entre os dois grupos é feita pelo «risco » da gravidez. As mulheres do grupo de risco vivem a gravidez desde o seu início até ao parto com a preocupação de poderem ter nova morte fetal (como se tivessem medo da sua própria incapacidade de serem mães). Através da análise da escala podemos dizer que a única área em que as mulheres com gravidez de risco tiveram um nível de ansiedade significativamente maior que as mulheres com gravidez normal foi a do puerpério, que nos fez apontar dificuldades a nível da identificação com o feto e com a figura materna durante a gravidez que se repercutirão no puerpério por dificuldades a nível da maternidade, sobretudo a nível da relação mãe-bebé. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The goal of the study is to compare quantitatively, as well as qualitatively, the perinatal anxieties of women suffering of hazardous pregnancy due to a history of fetal death, to the perinatal anxieties of women who have had a normal pregnancy. To accomplish this we used an interview and a scale of perinatal anxieties (PASS), on two groups of six women during the 24 to 48 post-labor hours. The entreview showed us that the type of anxieties is the same in the two groups of women and ai1 are similar to the anxieties described by all the authors that are interested by the matters of maternity. The great difference between the two groups has its cause in the 412 risk of the pregnancy - since the beginning until labor - with the worry of having another fetal death (as if they were afraid of their own incapacity of becoming mothers). Through the analysis of the scale, we can say that the only area where women with a hazardous pregnancy had a substantially higher levei of anxiety, when compared to women with a normal pregnancy, was the puerperium, which suggested difficulties in what concems the identification with the fetus and with the mother figure during pregnancy; these situations will have repercussions over the puerperium in the form of difficulties in motherhood, particularly in the motherbaby relationship. | pt_PT |
