Abstract(s)
Investigou-se o fenómeno do ciberstalking, que é caracterizado por comportamentos de assédio através de meios electrónicos. O objectivo foi o de verificar se a amostra universitária recolhida fora alvo de comportamentos de assédio através de meios electrónicos em algum momento da sua vida, e analisar quais os métodos mais frequentemente experienciados pelos participantes; Foi também elaborado um conjunto de cinco hipóteses, das quais quatro foram testadas, sendo que uma delas se confirmou; A amostra apresenta uma frequência de vitimização considerável e os métodos de perseguição mais usados foram as mensagens instantâneas excessivamente carentes, exigentes ou exageradas, bem como o envio de objectos de afecto; Concluiu-se que os homens apresentam uma tendência para serem mais vitimizados, relativamente às mulheres; existem diferenças significativas nos métodos de perseguição de transferência para a vida real e de híper-intimidade, entre quem mantêm e quem não mantêm uma relação amorosa relativamente a quem mantêm relações ocasionais.
ABSTRACT: We investigated the phenomenon of cyberstalking, which is characterized by harassment behaviors through electronic means. The objective was to verify if the university sample taken out "harassment behaviors targeted by electronic means at some point in your life," and analyzing what methods are most often experienced by the participants; It was also prepared a set of five cases, four of which were tested, one of which was confirmed; The sample shows considerable victimization frequency and methods of persecution were the most used excessively needy, demanding or exaggerated instant messaging and sending assigned objects; It was concluded that men have a tendency to be more victimized for females; there are significant differences in transfer chase methods to real life and hyper-intimacy between those who hold and those who do not keep a loving relationship with respect to whom they have casual relationships.
