| dc.description.abstract | Foi efectuado um diagnóstico organizacional a uma secção de acabamentos numa fábrica têxtil do distrito de Lisboa. O método utilizado foi a Análise de Correntes (Stream Analysis), que se descreve sumariamente, O resultado deste diagnóstico foi a realização de um plano de acção que entretanto foi levado a cabo pela empresa. Algumas conclusões foram retiradas, nomeadamente a necessidade de considerar a mudança organizacional e a mudança no sistema de concepções dos membros da organização como dois processos interligados. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The author has conducted an organizational diagnostic in the finishing unit of a textile mill, using Porras’ stream analysis provides a flexible diagnostic tool and for that reason it was chosen to be used in this small organizational sub-unit (20 persons). An action plan was elaborated upon the reach of a consensus toward change. Some conclusions were pointed out regarding the role of the externa1 consultant as an enabling agent to overcome the need in expertise concerning the use of the methodology and its theoretical bases. These should be humbly delivered as another way of looking at reality which enriches the existing views and promotes sharednderstanding of the problem situation. | por |
