Abstract(s)
Este estudo visa fornecer evidências empíricas adicionais acerca do impacto da sobrequalificação percebida, nomeadamente na perceção de suporte organizacional e no envolvimento em comportamento proativos por parte dos colaboradores. Desta forma foi hipotetizado que as dimensões da sobrequalificação percebida, desajustamento e não crescimento têm ambas um impacto negativo no suporte organizacional e no envolvimento em comportamentos proativos.
Participaram neste estudo 299 participantes, colaboradores de diversas organizações. Os resultados revelaram que o não crescimento tem um impacto negativo e significativo na perceção afetiva do suporte organizacional. Por outro lado, a dimensão desajustamento tem um impacto positivo e significativo na perceção cognitiva do suporte organizacional. Foi ainda verificado que ambas as dimensões da sobrequalificação (desajustamento e não crescimento) têm um impacto significativo nos comportamentos proativos, sendo que o desajustamento tem um impacto positivo e o não crescimento um impacto negativo.
ABSTRACT: This study tries to provide further empirical evidence of the impact of the perceived overqualification in the organizational support and in the involvement from employees in proactive behaviors. It was hypothesized that the dimensions of perceived overqualification (mismatch and no - growth) have a negative impact in the organizational support and in the involvement of the employees in proactive behaviors. 299 participants took part in this study, all from different organizations.
