Abstract(s)
segurança e a saúde no trabalho.
The present study was framed in the area of Organizational Psychology. The question that was intended to be explored in the present study was to verify the possible existence of significant differences in the impact that the Home-Office Work System exerts on the perception of Work-Family Conflict and Stress, compared to traditional work models. After the study of the relation between the variables, we verified the existence of statistically significant differences regarding the work bond and the work design (characteristics of schedule and place of work), as well as the existence of a direct impact of these variables both in the Stress as in the work-family conflict. We also intended to study the moderating impact of the personality variable between the work bond, stress and the work-family conflict. In general, significant differences were found in the variables under study, with the exception of the moderation of the personality variable. The predictive models conclude that the most relevant association occurs between the home-office work bond, stress and the work-family conflict, and this is negative, the flexible work bond causes less perception of work-family conflict and stress. That way, it is intended to alert employers to issues related to workers' rights as well as their safety and health at work.
