| dc.description.abstract | Resumo: Dada a importância das representações na vida dos indivíduos e, particularmente, enquanto influenciadoras da ação didática docente, desenvolveu-se um estudo no âmbito da formação inicial deste grupo profissional. A finalidade era compreender as dinâmicas de influência entre as representações, a adoção de trabalho colaborativo e a possibilidade de mudança. Participaram seis estudantes (em dois grupos) de uma unidade curricular de um mestrado profissionalizante em Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico de uma universidade portuguesa, no ano letivo de 2010/2011. Disponibilizou-se um questionário online no início do estudo e, no fim deste, os estudantes conceberam uma reflexão escrita individual sobre a vivência numa unidade curricular em que se promovia a colaboração, através de um fórum de discussão online. Neste artigo, pretendemos apresentar e discutir as representações destas duas fases do estudo. Os resultados apontam para a influência das representações sobre colaboração na adoção dessa modalidade de trabalho num fórum de discussão online. A possibilidade de mudança de representações surgiu posteriormente a essa experiência, nas reflexões escritas individuais analisadas. Daqui emergiram sugestões pedagógico-didáticas, para levar os estudantes a conceber estratégias/atividades didáticas colaborativamente. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Since conceptions play a relevant role in people’s life, we developed a study on teacher training related to this idea. We intended to determine if and how they influence pedagogical action and interact with collaborative work and the need to change. In this didactic intervention underlying this study, took part six students organized in two teams attending a course included in a second cycle of studies within the Bologna Process focused on training early childhood educators and primary school teachers (University of Aveiro, Portugal – academic year 2010/2011). The students were invited to answer a questionnaire before the didactic intervention and to close it by writing an individual essay on the work they had done during the course, which promoted collaborative work and reflection through the participation in an online discussion forum. In this text, we present, compare and discuss the initial and final conceptions of these students. The results reveal that the initial conceptions on the role played by collaborative work on their professional lives influenced the interest the students attached to the participation on the online discussion forum. The individual written essays presented after the intervention disclosed a reflection on the need to change. This study allowed us to present some recommendations intended on helping the students to conceive didactic strategies/activities in a collaborative way. It was affected by problems related to the instability of the two platforms chosen to lodge the online discussion forum. | pt_PT |
