A contratransferência na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea

| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente, a contratransferência tem adquirido relevância no contexto terapêutico, passando a ser vista como instrumento de trabalho do psicoterapeuta. O objetivo deste trabalho foi compreender como a contratransferência vem sendo utilizada por psicoterapeutas psicanalíticos, a fim de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre como ela se manifesta na prática clínica. Foram entrevistados três psicoterapeutas, escolhidos pelo critério de conveniência. Os relatos foram dispostos em quatro categorias definidas a priori a partir da revisão bibliográfica e dos objetivos traçados para a pesquisa. Os resultados revelaram que a contratransferência foi considerada como uma ferramenta que auxilia na compreensão do paciente e daquilo que se passa na sessão. É utilizada como recurso terapêutico, mas seu uso suscita cuidados. Um dos entrevistados não revela sua contratransferência, enquanto os outros dois revelam em algumas situações. Raiva, irritação e impotência foram consideradas como sentimentos contratransferenciais de difícil manejo, assim como aqueles causados por pacientes com transtornos de caráter, perversão sexual e dependência química. Concluiu-se que os psicoterapeutas que participaram do estudo levam em consideração os sentimentos e significados inconscientes do que ocorre entre a dupla terapeuta-paciente, considerando que a pessoa real do psicoterapeuta também atravessa todo o processo analítico. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Currently, the counter-transference has gained relevance in the therapeutic context, to be seen as a working instrument of the psychotherapist. The objective was to understand how the countertransference has been used by psychoanalytic psychotherapists in order to deepen the knowledge on how occurs in clinical practice. We interviewed three psychotherapists, chosen by the criterion of convenience. The reports were arranged in four categories defined a priori from the literature review and goals for research. The results showed that the counter-transference was regarded as a tool that helps in understanding the patient and what happens in the session. It is used as a therapeutic resource, but its use raises care. One of the interviewees did not reveal his counter-transference, while the other two reveal in some situations. Anger, irritation and impotence were considered difficult feelings of counter-transference, as well as those caused by patients with disorders of character, sexual perversion and addiction. It was concluded that psychotherapists who participated in the study take into account the feelings and the unconscious meanings of what occurs between therapist-patient, whereas the real person of the psychotherapist also through the entire analytical process. | pt_PT |
