O bem estar do indivíduo está intimamemte ligado
com a sua rede social. No entanto, esta não 6
necessariamente um sistema social de apoio. Neste
artigo, apresenta-se a Entrevista sobre Redes Sociais,
instrumento de investigação que tem por base onze
pontos principais (Informação demográfica;
delineação da rede social total; ajuda recebida; ajuda
fornecida; negatividade da rede; duração das relações;
delineação do sub-grupo; informação sobre a
frequência de interacção; intimidade; actividades,
mutualidade, satisfação e obrigação; densidade).
A Entrevista sobre Redes Sociais fornece
informação não só sobre a estrutura da rede social
total e da rede social de apoio funcional como
também sobre a qualidade das relações existentes ao
nível destes dois tipos de estrutura de rede.
ABSTRACT: The well-being of the individual is intimatelly connected to its social network, wenthought the social network not being necessarilly a social support system. Therefore in this article it is presented the Social Network Interview. This is an instrument that allows the analysis of the network based on eleven main topics (Demographic information; total network delineation; help received; help given; network negativity; enduring relationships; subsample delineation; frequency of interaction information; intimacy; activities, mutuality, satisfaction and obligation; density). This interview gives information on the structure of the total network and on the functional helping network as well as on the quality of existing relations of this two kinds of network structure.
