Abstract(s)

Finally it was built a questionnaire about sport team performance, where this was approved by several coaches of different sports, all with the fourth level of coach, in order to verify how the athletes analise the performance of their team in the course of the current season. The results obtained, it can be noted that the effect of mediation of collective efficacy in the relationship between cooperation and team performance had only a partial effect. The same was verified about the effect of mediation of Collective Efficacy in the relationship between the three dimensions of Cooperation (Cooperation conditional, unconditional Cooperation and Cooperation with the coach) and the Sports team Performance. It was also confirmed that there are positive impacts not only on the relationship between Cooperation and the Sports Performance but also on the relationship between Collective Efficacy and the Sports Performance.
