Abstract(s)
embora ainda pouco explorada, particularmente no modelo existencial. A presente
conhecimento, a autoconfiança, a relação e a reflexão.
ABSTRACT: Supervision is a key ingredient in the education of therapists in training, although still little explored, particularly in the existential model. This research aims to study the existential supervisory experience from the perspective of supervisee and analyzing this process, by describing the experience lived by the supervisees in what appears to consciousness, in search of invariant aspects represented in the structure of psychological meanings. It is a qualitative research, analyzed through the existential phenomenological research method, it was the one who best understands and seeks the meaning and essence of supervisory experience, described by the participants. Collection of data was obtained through individual interviews, applied to the three respondents, belonging to Portuguese Society of Existential Psychotherapy. It was used the instrument corresponded to phenomenological qualitative interview. The results founded in eidetic dimensions, match mostly with the core issues raised by the supervisees, present in other supervisory models, among them, the support towards the personal and professional growth, self-knowledge, self-confidence, relation and reflection. However, stands out in this investigation, the intensity of the relation and reflective processes as a catalyst in this process. Stand also features the supervision model itself, described by supervisees as unique and different from other oversight models, very experiential, identifying itself like being mode or be in relation (centered in the Person), with its own existential phenomenological model, in what the supervisee brings to the here and now, in the relations of meaning and reflective processes. Staring supervision itself, as a model.
