Abstract(s)
O presente relatório realizou-se no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada em Jardim de Infância, integrada no Mestrado em Educação Pré-escolar. Intitulado “A Articulação das Artes Visuais com as outras Áreas de Conteúdo”, teve como finalidade compreender como é possível proporcionar às crianças, partindo dos seus saberes e interesses, um trabalho transversal, apelando aos diversos domínios/áreas de conteúdo, permitindo-lhes uma aprendizagem contínua, integrada e significativa. Trata-se de uma investigação qualitativa em que, recorrendo a instrumentos como a observação participante, notas de campo e registo fotográfico, se vão apresentando diversas atividades que evidenciam, a partir da observação do interesse das crianças neste subdomínio, a potencialidade das Artes Visuais no seu desenvolvimento e aprendizagem e a forma como proporcionaram a articulação entre várias áreas do saber. Evidencia-se ainda o papel do educador como promotor do envolvimento da criança, enquanto sujeito da sua aprendizagem, ao proporcionar um ambiente educativo em que estimula, com intencionalidade pedagógica, os seus interesses e curiosidades.
This report was realized in the context of the Supervised Education Practice in Kindergarten, integrated in Pre-School Master Degree. Named “The Articulation of Visual Arts with Other Content Areas”, it aims to understand how it is possible to provide children, based on their knowledge and interests, a transversal work, appealing to different domains / content areas, allowing them a continuous, integrated and meaningful learning. It is a qualitative research, that relied on the use of instruments such as participant observation, field notes and photographic records, presenting several activities that show, from the observation of children's interest in this subdomain, the potential of Visual Arts in the their development and learning and how Visual Arts can provide the articulation with several areas of knowledge. The role of the educator as a promoter of the child's involvement, as a subject of his learning, is also supported by providing an educational environment in which their interests and curiosities are stimulated with pedagogical intentionality.
