ABSTRACT: The author begins his article with the definition of the diabets clinical concept and corresponding characteristics. He mentions the need for a factorial analysis between «genetic» and «traumatio> variables. The article still focuses on the elements of the patient’s emotional condition by the time of the diagnostic. Finally he suggests a still experimental psychological mediation hypothesis on the diabetic dependent from the insulin.
