| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Compreender a vantagem da complementaridade de abordagens terapêuticas numa perspetiva integrativa, recorrendo para além do Modelo Cognitivo – Comportamental, maioritariamente utilizado em contexto hospitalar, ao Modelo Existencial. Método: Aplicação de provas objetivas e projetivas, entrevista para estudo de caso, num total de catorze sessões, focadas na experiência subjetiva de ser no mundo, recorrendo à Abordagem Existencial. Resultados: foi possível através da Abordagem Cognitiva - Comportamental e dos testes objetivos, analisar que Rita tem um funcionamento psíquico Estado Limite, PP Anti – Social, Hostilidade e Ideação Paranoide, Depressão Major, Suporte Social Deficitário e Risco Elevado de Suicídio. Na Abordagem Existencial foi possível compreender a forma de Ser - no - Mundo de Rita, nas dimensões Umwelt, Mitwelt, Eigenwelt e Uberwelt, tendo sido narrado por Rita um enorme vazio existencial, isolamento, solidão, e sentimento de não responsabilidade pelo seu projeto de vida. Foi ainda importante compreender as questões da corporalidade e temporalidade enquanto fazendo parte de uma existência inautêntica. Conclusões: foi possível concluir que a complementaridade das Abordagens Cognitivo - Comportamental e Existencial em contexto hospitalar, contribui positivamente para a intervenção terapêutica, uma vez que a integração de uma segunda abordagem contribui para a confiança de relação entre psicólogo e paciente, permitindo um trabalho terapêutico conjunto, baseado no Ser - no - Mundo do indivíduo e na sua experiência subjetiva e não apenas na sintomatologia e patologia com a qual o indivíduo é diagnosticado. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: To understand the advantage of the complementary of therapeutic approaches in an integrative perspective, resorting beyond the Cognitive – Behavioral model mostly used in hospital context, to the Existential Model. Method: Application of objective and projective evidence, interview for a case study, in a total of fourteen sessions, focused on the subjective experience of being in the world using the Existential approach. Results: it was possible to analyze through the Cognitive – Behavioral approach and objective tests, that Rita has a psychic functioning borderline, PP Anti – Social, Hostility and Paranoid Ideation, Major Depression, Social Support Deficit and High Risk of Suicide. In the Existential approach, it was possible to understand Rita´s way of being in the Umwelt, Mitwelt, Eigenwelt and Uberwelt dimensions, and Rita reported an great Existential emptiness, isolation, loneliness, and sense of non-responsibility for her life project. It was important as well, understanding Rita´s questions about her corporality and temporality while being part of an inauthentic existence. Conclusions: it was possible to conclude that the complementary of Cognitive – Behavioral and existential approaches in the hospital context contributes positively to the therapeutic intervention, since the integration of a second approach contributes to the trust of the relationship between psychologist and patient, allowing a joint therapeutic work, based on being in the world of the individual and their subjective experience and not only on the symptomatology with which the individual is diagnosed. | pt_PT |
