Abstract(s)
O presente relatório apresenta um estudo acerca do papel do educador na organização do espaço educativo, tendo como objetivo mostrar qual o papel do educador dentro do espaço físico da instituição e na organização do tempo e do grupo, bem como das relações existentes.
O estudo foi desenvolvido com um grupo de trinta e seis crianças com idades entre os 2 e os 6 anos, sendo um grupo bastante heterogéneo no que concerne a faixa etária.
Para o referido estudo foram observadas as práticas da educadora, procurando observar de que forma foi feita a gestão do ambiente educativo.
O estudo é de cariz qualitativo, tendo recorrido a técnicas como a observação, com instrumentos como as notas de campo e os registos fotográficos, consulta documental, analisando e refletindo de forma a responder às questões de investigação.
Os resultados obtidos indicam que o papel do educador na organização do ambiente educativo é fundamental para o desenvolvimento da autonomia dado que a sua ação sobre o mesmo proporciona estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem adequadas e oportunidades para que a criança tome decisões e assuma responsabilidades, tendo um impacto significativo não só na autonomia, mas no desenvolvimento global.
ABSTRACT: The following report presents a study on the role of the Kindergarden teacher in the organization of the educational environment, aiming to show the role of the educator within the physical space of the institution and in the organization of time and the group, as well as in existing relationships. The study was carried out with a group of thirty-six children aged between 2 and 6 years old, being a very heterogeneous group in terms of age group. For this study, the kindergarden teacher's practices were observed, seeking to observe how the educational environment was managed. The study is qualitative and uses techniques such as observation, with instruments such as field notes and photographic records, document consultation, analyzing and reflecting in order to answer the research questions. The results obtained demonstrate that the role of the educator in organizing the educational environment is fundamental for the development of autonomy given that their action on it provides appropriate teaching-learning strategies and opportunities for the child to make decisions and assume responsibilities, having a significant impact not only on autonomy, but on global development.
