Abstract(s)
O presente estudo aborda a condução contra-ordenacional sob efeito do álcool.
ABSTRACT: This study addresses the conduction under the influence of alcohol. Supported by a phenomenological framework, we propose to address the individual and his subjective experience, to capture the subject-world relationship that will give way account to this experience on a subjective level, and to understand how the driving under influence of alcohol is known and seen, in a psychological perspective. This study evaluates five male subjects, aged between 24 and 30 years. The qualitative methodology was supported by the semi-structured and interpretive interview. Overall, we conclude that the Portuguese individual and socially integrated young adult incurs in the current practice of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol in favor and due to recreational social events, so we believe we are facing a paradigm which evokes a widespread complacency and a culturally permissive attitude towards these risk behaviors.
