Prisional na Região da Asia e do
Pacífico, enquanto realidade dinâmica nos
vários universos culturais, procurando compreendê-
la por referência a aspectos de ordem
psico-social.
Simultaneamente destaca a génese precoce
do fenómeno da delinquência apontando a necessidade, não só do recurso a meios e
técnicas de abordagem específicas, mas
também de medidas de prevenção e de redefinição
das estruturas do sistema social.
The author raises the question of the prisional approach in the Asia and Pacific Region, as a dynamic reality in different cultural patterns, trying to und e r s t d it in a psycho-social way. At the same time the early structuration of the delinquency phenomenon in the human development is pointed out. Therefore, not only specialized means of coping with are required but also measures on prevention as well as the re-definition of social system structures should be undertake.
