Neste artigo a autora aborda a vivência problemática,
simbólica e real, das mães a quem nasce um filho
prematuro. Aborda ainda a necessidade de intervenção
psicológica, centrada no momento de crise - nascimento
prematuro - com destaque para a importância
da aliança terapêutica no processo de ajuda à família.
ABSTRACT-------This paper starts reporting the problematic experience, real and symbolic, of a mother of a premature baby. Some comments are made about the need for psychological intervention focused on the crisis and stressing the therapeutic alliance in the process of helping the family.
