Neste artigo, abordaremos vários aspectos de
enquadramento teórico dos estudos de Clima Organizacional.
Primeiro, serão elucidadas as significações
deste conceito. São abordadas as correntes teóricas e distinguidas tendências existentes no âmbito da literatura através de um estudo de levantamento de referências e análise de correspondências das mesmas.
A formação do Clima, será analisada A luz dos quadros de referência da Psicologia organizacional e da Cognição Social.
This paper deals with Organizational Climate. The concept’s variety, the major research trends and the theorical perspectives are enlighted by means of a multidimensional analysis of scientific texts published during the eighties. Also, the Climate Formation is analysed both in terms of Organizational perspectives and of Social Cognition perspectives.
