Realizou-se um estudo de caso aprofundado sobre uma participante de um grupo de psicodrama em terapia durante dois anos e nove meses e recorreu-se ao modelo de análise desenvolvido por Robert Elliott Hermeneutic Single Case Efficacy Design. Procedeu-se também à comparação do índice de espontaneidade entre a participante do estudo de caso e três participantes do mesmo grupo. Neste estudo utilizaram-se os seguintes instrumentos: Questionário Pessoal (Personal Questionnaire, PQ); Revised Spontaneity Assessment Inventory (SAI-R); Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation- Outcome Measure (CORE-OM); Aspetos Úteis da Terapia (Helpful Aspects of Therapy, HAT) e Entrevista de Mudança do Cliente (Client Change Interview, CCI) Os resultados confirmam a eficácia do processo psicodramático e a mudança psicológica subjacente à terapia psicodramática.ABSTRACT: The aim of the current work was to study the efficacy and the change process in psychodrama therapy. A detailed case study about a participant who attended psychodrama therapy for two years and nine months was conducted through the analysis model developed by Robert Elliott Hermeneutic Single Case Design Efficacy. A comparison between the spontaneity rate of the case study participant and three other elements from the same psychodrama group was made. In this study, we used the following instruments: Personal Questionnaire (PQ); Revised Spontaneity Assessment Inventory (SAI-R); Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation (CORE-OM);); Helpful Aspects of Therapy (HAT) and Client Change Interview (CCI).
