Neste sentido são apresentados os estudos originais que deram origem ao paradigma, o método habitualmente utilizado pelos investigadores nesta área, algumas variações experimentais do paradigma, as principais variáveis moderadoras do efeito e as principais teorias explicativas das correlações ilusórias na percepção de grupos.ABSTRACT: In this paper we present the illusory correlation in the perception of groups effect and the experimental paradigm used in the discovery of this effect.
