Os objetivos são revelar os processos de transformação, intrasubjectiva e intersubjetiva, entre todos os participantes, sendo o investigador considerado como participante, destacar a importância dos eixos centrais da clínica psicanalítica (processos inconscientes, processos de transformação, a dinâmica da transferência e contratransferência e a singularidade do processo de significação) e garantir a coerência entre o objeto, objetivos e os métodos de pesquisa psicanaliticamente informada, de modo a contribuir de forma pioneira para uma melhor compreensão da emergência do psiquismo do bebé e do tornar-se pais. Para acedermos às transformações intrapsíquicas e intersubjetivas usamos duas tríadas - Sara, Abraão, Isaac e, Isabel, Zacarias, João, e utilizamos como recursos a observação, a entrevista de associação livre e a narrativa conjunta do casal, entre o último trimestre de gravidez (no hospital) e o final do primeiro trimestre de vida do bebé (em casa da família). Tendo como quadro de referência a metodologia proposta por Hollway e Jefferson (2000, 2008), os dados obtidos a partir das transcrições das entrevistas, gravadas em registo áudio, associados com as notas de campo da investigadora, foram sistematicamente analisados e discutidos com um grupo de pares com vista à aproximação à verdade e ao conhecimento consensual construído na intersubjetividade. Os resultados, discutidos e refletidos à luz das experiências vividas e do que tem sido reportado na literatura, permitem destacar a singularidade e as transformações de cada sujeito, a coconstrução das diferentes subjetividades nas experiências intersubjetivas, a importância do intercâmbio de lugares quer nos pais quer na investigadora, dos lugares não sobrepostos do pai junto da mãe que gesta e cuida do bebé, e do lugar do bebé para a construção dos pais. A dinâmica de coconstrução e renovação de continentes-conteúdos permite-nos, ainda, realçar a perigosidade das generalizações e fazer notar que no campo do psiquismo é necessário reconhecerem-se os prejuízos de se fazerem predições da ordem das profecias.ABSTRACT: In this study our proposal is to show the relevance of becoming a mother, becoming a father and becoming a baby in a high-risk biological pregnancy, as a dynamic and intersubjective process, through a psychoanalytically informed qualitative longitudinal methodology. The aims are to reveal the processes of transformation, intrasubjective and intersubjective, among all participants, and with the researcher being considered a participant, to highlight the importance of the central axes of the psychoanalytic clinic (unconscious processes, transformation processes, the dynamics of transference and countertransference and the uniqueness of the process of meaning) and to ensure the consistency between the object, objectives and the psychoanalytically informed research methods, thus contributing in a pioneering way to a better understanding of the emergence of the baby’s psyche and of becoming parents. To access the intrapsychic and intersubjective transformations we have used two triads - Sara, Abraham, Isaac, and Elizabeth, Zechariah, John, and used as resources the observation, the free association interviewing and the couple's joint narrative, between the last trimester of pregnancy (in the hospital) and the end of the first trimester of the baby’s life (in the family’s home).Having as a framework the methodology proposed by Hollway and Jefferson (2000, 2008), the data obtained from the interview audio tape recorded transcripts, along with the notes of the researcher, were systematically analyzed and discussed with a group of peers, in order to approximate to the truth and the consensual knowledge created on intersubjectivity. The results, discussed and reflected in light of the lived experiences, as well as of what has been reported in the literature, allow to highlight the uniqueness and the transformations of each subject, the co-construction of different subjectivities in the intersubjective experiences, the importance of exchanging places in both the parents and the researcher, in the non-overlapping places of the father near the mother who is pregnant and takes care of the baby, and in the baby’s place for the construction of parents.
