Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT: This investigation concerning conditional reasoning through selection tasks, given to university students, was originaly proposed by Wason (1966). A conditiona1 phrase was presented to the subjects which included deontic or neutral type using varied contents (familiar, arbitrary and plausible). The phrase was identified as a rule which might or might not haze role-playing instruction. The aim of the research concerned the instruction which accompanied the task in order to enable us to explain contradictory results found in other studies.
